Products and services are sold by Ozcruising Pty Ltd trading as Cruises.com.au as an agent for wholesale companies and other suppliers providing services, including accommodation and transportation services. Cruises.com.au is not a provider of these services and has no responsibility for the services provided or not provided by any party. We give and make no warranty or representation regarding the standard of any service or product to be supplied and no person has authority to make any such representation or warranty on behalf of Cruises.com.au. All tickets, coupons, exchange orders, vouchers and receipts are issued subject to the appropriate tariffs, terms and conditions of sale of the suppliers and these terms. They are issued by us as an agent only. We have no responsibility, and extend no guarantees for discontinued promotions, cruises or specific holiday products.
All rates and prices quoted are quoted in Australian dollars and as such are valid only in Australia. We regret that we cannot accept online bookings from customers located outside Australia at this time.
Prices quoted do include goods and services tax ("GST") for domestic travel only. International travel is exempt from GST.
We reserve the right to vary published rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you must pay the increase when notified. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are per cruise, as appropriate to the particular product.
The services sold through Cruises.com.au are subject to availability. Advertised fares are for new bookings only and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. Cruises.com.au reserves the right to decline any booking for any individual on any cruise or other service.
Items included in the prices or rates of the products are specified in each section. Prices do not include, unless stated, passport and visa charges, vaccination fees, any items of a personal nature such as telephone calls, beverages, laundry, excess baggage charges and gratuities, travel insurance or other items not specified.
It is essential you advise us of any special conditions you may have which may affect your booking. These can include reduced mobility issues, medical conditions or any other special needs you may have at the time of booking.
A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. All deposits paid to Cruises.com.au are non-refundable and non-transferable. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Travelseeker Pty Ltd.
When making a payment, you are confirming your booking with Cruises.com.au, and you agree to be bound by the legal obligations outlined within. Your right to any refunds can be limited by these terms and conditions and are in addition to the terms and conditions of the supplier.
Please ensure you have read and understood all terms and conditions before confirming your booking with us. Once payment is made for the booking, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for the booking. It is essential that you enter details of each passenger correctly as shown on their passport or other excepted government issued identification. The cruise lines and airlines reserve the right to deny carriage if the passenger’s name and/or date of birth vary from your documentation. Cruises.com.au has no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from incorrect entry of passenger’s names or dates of birth.
You may be able to change a passenger in a booking, providing that one original passenger remains in the booking and that you are more than 7 days from sailing. Fees do apply for a name change. Please see the schedule of fees for details.
When making a booking for two to four passengers, the first passenger in your booking will be the main contact for all correspondence. At the time you are ready to confirm your booking, by way of payment, please check that your details are correct and have not changed before making a payment. If you are making a booking for person/s other than yourself it is your responsibility to ensure that each individual person is made aware of these terms and conditions and any supplier’s terms and conditions.
It is strongly recommended that all passengers take out comprehensive travel insurance when making a booking. Travel Insurance should cover a minimum of loss of deposit and other monies lost through cancellation, other benefits may include loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money, medical expenses, additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs to Australia should any services need to be extended or curtailed due to illness or other insurable risk.
As all travellers are different and may have different requirements including pre-existing medical conditions, it is recommended that you look at what travel insurance policy best suits your needs and requirements.

Please note: International Travel Insurance is also required for Australian Coastal Cruises. These cruises are outside the scope of Australian Medicare and the New Zealand Ministry of Health. All consultations, treatments and medications offered on board are charged at private rates.
When making a booking with a specific cabin number, please advise us if you do not want your cabin changed. This means that you would not be offered a complimentary upgrade to a higher priced category, if one was to become available.
If your booking has not been allocated a cabin at the time of booking this is known as a Guarantee. A GUARANTEE CABIN is booked in an identical or higher category stateroom (for the same price) at the cruise lines discretion and will be assigned at any time after your booking is made. You may not be advised until day of sailing. You will be assigned AT LEAST the category for which you paid and the stateroom may be located on any passenger deck on the ship. Please note: Guarantee staterooms assigned may be equipped differently from general category description including certain staterooms with obstructed view and modified accessible staterooms. No requests can be taken for a Guarantee. If you have a special request the appropriate cabin and fare type must be booked to ensure the request can be accommodated at the time of booking.
Cruises.com.au have no control over cabin allocation from a guaranteed status and cannot change the cabin once it has allocated.
Please note that Cruises.com.au or the Cruise line still reserve the right to change your cabin at any time.
All deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the Cruises.com.au final balance due date has been reached, a 10% cancellation of the total cruise holiday fare will apply. *

At times amendments can be classified as a cancel and rebook therefore the full monies on your booking would be charged as a cancellation fee and a new booking would need to be made which will require payment of the new balance.
All individuals departing from Australia and visiting any foreign port must be in possession of a valid passport. If your passport is due to expire within six months of your return date back into Australia, you should obtain a new passport. Should you be travelling on anything other than an Australian Passport then it is your responsibility to bring this to our attention as you may require a visa or permit to re-enter Australia or any other country the ship may visit. Names on all travel documents must match exactly the names as written on the passport which will be taken from the booking form.
Certain countries require a Visa for entry prior to arrival. Please ensure you are fully informed of the requirements before you make a reservation. Visas are the responsibility of all passengers travelling.
Cruises.com.au do not advise on Visa requirements for any passengers.

Even if you are not planning to disembark the ship, you may still require a visa to board. Failure to have the correct documentation may result in denied boarding. Vaccinations are recommended for certain destinations. Please contact your local GP or the Travel doctor (www.traveldoctor.com.au) who will advise you of these requirements. Please note that some vaccinations may be required weeks in advance of travelling.
In the event of material alterations by a supplier to a proposed cruise booked by you, you may be given the option of cancelling the cruise without penalty but this is not always guaranteed. The right to cancel is subject to the conditions of the supplier. Your acceptance of any tickets, coupons, exchange orders, vouchers and receipts will be deemed acceptance of the above conditions and of any alterations made to your cruise.
Cruises.com.au is not responsible for any changes, fees incurred or loss to your cruise holiday in the event the cruise line makes changes which affects any other portion of your overall holiday.
All airfares booked through Cruises.com.au are subject to availability at the time of booking and are not guaranteed until full payment of the airfare has been made. Cruises.com.au reserves the right to adjust the fare in accordance with any increases the airline charge until full payment is made.
All airfares are subject to the airline carrier’s terms and conditions and fare rules for the airfare booked. Any changes or amendments will incur a fee, please see fee table under Schedule of Fees which is in addition to any airline carrier charges.
Baggage Policy is subject to the fare rules of the airline carrier. Please check baggage requirements and restrictions with the carrier prior to travel.
It is your responsibility to ensure you check with the airline prior to departure to ensure there has been no changes made to the scheduled departure time.

We do not offer advice on Frequent Flyer eligibility on fare types, carriers etc.
All hotels booked through Cruises.com.au are subject to availability at the time of booking and are not guaranteed until full payment of the hotel rate has been made. Cruises.com.au reserves the right to adjust the hotel rate in accordance with any increases the hotel charge until full payment is made.
All hotels rates are subject to the hotelier’s terms and conditions.
