Crystal's Master Chef

Crystal Serenity will welcome aboard Master Chef Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa on its Mediterranean cruise, set to depart on July 28.

He'll dish out a week of Omakase - or chef's choice - menus each night in Silk Road, the shipboard restaurant that's carried Nobu's signature cuisine since 2003, and will take the chance to mingle with guests and put on demonstrations during the voyage.

Nobu's cuisine blends traditional Japanese recipes with Peruvian influences and he's known to inject his creations with his 'kokoro' or heart.

His delights have made appearances aboard Crystal Serenity since 2003, and Crystal Symphony welcomed Silk Road and The Sushi Bar in 2008.

The 12-day itinerary will make stops in Venice, San Marino, Corfu, Rhodes, Bodrum, Istanbul, Mykonos and Athens with fares starting at US$6,055 per person.

The 'All Inclusive - As You Wish' promotion offers a $2,000 shipboard credit per couple.
