The World Cruises

The World, one of the finest ships afloat, with the highest ratio of space per guest of any ship, is more like staying in a luxurious resort that changes its view daily. Accommodation includes a wide range of luxurious and beautifully appointed studios and apartments, all with private balconies.

The World offers four restaurants, several casual eateries and 24 hour in-suite dining.

The World is unique in that she spends longer in port than traditional cruise ships, affording you more time to explore the destinations. There’s time to learn about upcoming adventures as you travel to destinations around the world – you choose the adventure that ignites your senses. Dynamic onboard lectures give an interesting insight into the culture and history of the regions visited.

Watch first-run movies in the Collosseo cinema, shop for jewels to die for at the only Graff store at sea or join in the many socializing events with other guests.

Other facilities to enhance your holiday include: the only full size tennis court at sea; golf simulator and computerised training system; putting greens and chipping areas; open air driving range; state of the art fitness centre; The World Spa offers a complete range of beauty and body treatments; library; internet.

The World is both a residential and cruising ship, quite unlike any other cruise ship and her itineraries reflect this. Destinations are uniquely ‘world wide’ and range from Asia, Egypt, the Mediterranean and Australasia through to experiential cruising such as the Arctic and Antarctica.

Onboard Experience

First-run movies showing in the Collosseo cinema; plus the occasional Karaoke night in Quantum bar for a bit of fun!
