Hapag-Lloyd Cruises

Hidden places, unexplored coastlines and legendary routes " welcome to expedition cruising. Visiting remote areas does not mean that you have to compromise your comfort. Hanseatic is the only 5-star rated expedition ship while Bremen is rated 4-star. Both ships offer lots of space, extraordinary service and first-class experiences for a small number of passengers. Our vessels have the highest ice rating, making them safer and more manoeuvrable than many research vessels. Our ships have been traversing the entire North West Passage every year since 1996. We regularly attempt to cross the Antarctic Circle, travel the entire length of the Amazon River to Iquitos and spend the rest of the time visiting places most people have never heard of. Generally, there are five lecturers on each cruise whose seminars will broaden your knowledge, and enrich shore excursions and your experience. Zodiacs take you to places that ships can't access ranging from among the mangroves of the Amazon to getting up close to wild animals. We make you feel at home in far-away places.
